Causes Of Jealousy
Insecurity
Everyone feels insecure from time to time. But if this is part of how you feel on a regular basis, then it can lead to jealousy.
Low self esteem
If you suffer from this you will feel as if you are below most other people. You’ll feel constantly inferior. That’s why you feel jealous when someone smiles at your partner or starts to talk to them for any reason.
Little or no confidence in yourself
We all have differing levels of confidence. Some people look in the mirror and see someone they like. Others look in the mirror and see someone who isn’t worthy of being in a relationship.
